I purchased a warranty contract with American Dream Car Warranty 9/13/2023 after I did my research with BBB their not accredited with them.When I tried to cancel my contract they offered me a lower monthly rate and added15,000 more mile to the warranty.I’ve tried to cancel the contract on numerous occasions they keep giving me the runarounds you have 30 days to cancel your contract and your money refunded it for some reason they don’t want to give me my money back. they told me today a manager will be calling me back I have not heard from American Dream Car Warranty yet! I wish I would have done my homework before calling this company they take your money and don’t respond!

Do not use this company! Bought extended warranty for $3200 and they refused to pay for a claim. They offered me $750 towards a repair. They kept a portion of my money for cancelling, and when i wrote a review on consumer affairs, i was offered that money back if i took my review down. They were horrible on the phone and really unprofessional. The agent that sold me the insurance package ghosted me and not returning calls or emails. Do not give them your money -
