Courtney Jackson delivered superb service and was very knowledgeable not only about his products but of the competitors' products and plans as well.  He stopped me from making a poor choice in subscribing to the competitors' program.

NOW 2.5 MONTHS LATER.... DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!

I have no confidence in this company, they are dishonest, have no integrity, do not honor their contracts, and do not need to be in business.

Purchased my warranty on May 20th, 2024, with an effective date of June 19th, 2024.  Being well into and well over the contracted 30-day waiting period required my AC went out on July 6th, 2024, sent to the shop on July 7th and the mechanics started the process.

I sent my car to the mechanic for the AC and oil leak.
American Dream had notified me via email that they decided not to honor the claim.  They said that the mechanics of BMW of Tampa said, "This was an existing problem" This disturbed me as my car has had no problem since ownership and for a 14-year-old car every single switch and button works perfectly.  After speaking with a rude, obnoxious, condescending warranty representative at American Dream who made the statement, I called the service rep and he informed me they had never spoken with American Dream, never made any such ridiculous comment, and were waiting for them to return his calls.

For the American Dream rep to take that stand with no proof there will be none.  I have written testimony from over 12 individuals who can testify on the timeline of my AC being operational, along with an inspection that I had done, a written affidavit from the auto dealership where purchased, my auto detailer, and my boss who was on a job site with me on July 5th as I had to make calls for material delivery from my car to sit in the AC on a hot day. So, the false statement of a preexisting problem is a total fabrication to escape honoring the claim.  They should be prohibited from doing any business.

Purchased their premium warranty, had an air conditioner issue. They denied my mechanic's claim because the AC went two months into my contract.
