I would stay away from this company. I will continue to use Carshield they have been the best so far. They do not cover all things, but they cover the big things and do not lie. I paid over 200 for deposit, and 2 months at 150. I open a claim 2 months later and its denied as pre-existing. The customer service rep lied and told me the mechanic told him it was it probably happened before i got coverage which was a lie. They would not refund latest payment which was just deducted the day before. Customer service rep was nasty and clueless. I call the sales guy and he was just as useless. SCAM SCAM SCAM they made up ever excuse to pay for parts. They ask for Land Rover to do  internal break down after they sent inspection out and the inspector verify that they parts needed to be replace, long story short they was asking the shop to break down my car when they knew they couldn’t unless there are fixing replacing the parts, so denied my claim because Land Rover told them that’s not something that can done. They also said they will never work with them again. When you call it’s like you keep talking to the same people. They say they doesn’t have a manager to speak with.

Interesting that out of all the reviews I read on here, only one had a review about an approved claim. The rest of the 5 star reviews are pretty much identical. Mentions a specific employee 100 times, they helped me cancel, helped me decide to stay, great experience signing up... but the lowest reviews all have the same pattern; American Dream doesn't cover their claim. Engine cylinder failure not covered because of normal wear & tear, claim denied because wheels too big (even though customer said they were within spec for their vehicle) which still had nothing to do with required repair... I've personally had other vehicle warranty providers and have never had an issue with them covering a covered repair for a bogus reason even though I had an aftermarket air intake and aftermarket mufflers. If I purchased a contract here and needed a covered repair, God knows what excuse they'd use to not cover it. I work too hard for my money to give it away for nothing. And the owner with his patronizing responses meanwhile he's getting rich off of people who actually work hard for a living.
