As a Mechanical Claims Adjuster, you will use your automotive knowledge in a professional remote environment. Our Mechanical Claims Adjusters are responsible for authorizing vehicle service contract claims for covered breakdowns.
As a Mechanical Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and negotiating minor to complex vehicle repair claims and accurately determining coverage and liability. You will be measured on your ability to provide accurate benefit and adjustment amounts on claims and reach fair, efficient claims resolutions while managing costs in accordance with policies and procedures.
