Retention Representative

As a Retention Representative at American Dream Auto Protect, your main responsibility is to retain business clients and educate current customers on the value of retaining their vehicle service contracts. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proven ability to increase retention rates and achieve retention goals.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to overcome customer’s initial concerns and objections.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to explain contract details, and manage existing customer relationships.
  • Experience in a call center environment.
    Strong technology skills, including proficiency with CRM systems and the ability to handle multiple platforms at a high volume and fast pace.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to identify root causes of customer issues, and implement feasible contract negotiations.

To be considered for the Retention Representative position at ADAP, the following qualifications are required:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
    Prior experience in customer support and conflict resolution.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in various software programs.
  • Excellent phone communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
