Job Summary

Are you a driven sales professional with a desire to write your own paycheck? American Dream Auto Protect is seeking ambitious and passionate salespeople to join our team. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will assist customers in finding the right auto repair coverage that fits their needs. You will be an expert in vehicle protection plans and guide customers through the sales journey from initial quote to coverage. By making outbound calls and handling inbound calls, you will create a positive first impression for prospective customers and showcase the benefits of being an ADAP member. Our comprehensive national marketing efforts generate thousands of highly qualified leads daily, eliminating the need for cold-calling. After completing our paid training program, you will have the opportunity to earn unlimited commission-based income.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, with successful representatives averaging 200 calls and closing 4-6 sales per day.
Assist customers in finding the ideal auto repair coverage offered by ADAP.
Maintain a customer-focused attitude and approach in every interaction.
Balance a positive customer experience with an efficient and effective sales process.
Verify the accuracy of coverage information provided and ensure customer understanding of coverage and financial commitments.
Analyze contract and claims information to recommend the best coverage options for the customer’s vehicle.
Stay updated on all products and services offered.
Contribute to a positive team environment and work effectively with others.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent is required
Proven track record in sales with a strong desire to succeed and earn a high income
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to overcome objections
Persistence and determination to achieve goals
Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive environment
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Attention to detail and ability to provide solutions
Working knowledge of computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Background in automotive service or knowledge of vehicle service contract terminology is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an advantage.
